iRoy Sport houses a 3 full size basketball courts, 7 full size volleyball courts, cutting edge cardio machines, weight-lifting equipment, a Synergy studio with 40+ Schwinn cycles, a wide-range of exercise classes, personal & sport performance training, nutrition education programs, and tournaments, leagues, and camps. We at iRoy Sport are dedicated to providing a unique, clean, friendly, state-of-the-art facility with top notch classes, instructors, and trainers.

We take a personal approach to help you with all of your exercise, fitness, and health needs. When you sign up for a membership, we schedule a one-on-one meeting to evaluate your nutritional goals, create a fitness/health goal and measure your strengths and weaknesses. We believe it is important to combine nutrition, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle to meet those goals. Whether it is running your first 5k, losing weight, training for a specific sport, or just feeling better about yourself, we are here to help you meet your goals.
