Express Cycling

A 45 minute class packed full of energy and motivating music. If you are a beginner, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to class to be fit onto a bike. Warning: If you do not like to sweat, this is not the class for you! All levels. Learn to stabilize and condition the abdominal muscles more effectively by directly targeting them and by working the abs from a variety of angles in this intense 30 minute, non-aerobic class. All levels.
